SHIPPING

We understanding that shipping times are a top priority. We are limited to shipping only to countries that allow our shipping partners to deliver items as quickly as possible. Most items will take 7-14 business days to arrive. Processing of orders will be within 3 business days. Our suppliers do provide tracking numbers to us and we would also be glad to assist and check on the status of the package. 

Shipments can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. weather delays, holidays and customs inspections). We are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)  

We would appreciate your patience and understanding when items have shipment delays. We DO NOT tolerate threats, foul language, or other conduct your grandmother would not approve of in emails. We treat all our customers with respect and we ask you treat our team with respect too.

    WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
    To keep costs low, we ship directly from different sweat-free factories all around the world. So, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

    DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OVERSEAS?
    We sure do! We proudly ship to the countries listed above. If you have questions on other countries, please email us atsupport@missgrandeur.com.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Order processing time takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Deliveries are typically made within 7-14 business days.

      • In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; major holidays, weather, courier strikes, etc). Unfortunately, these factors are out of our control.
      • Orders CANNOT be canceled after a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
      • We cannot change the delivery address once the item has been shipped out. So, please carefully enter your address (including business name, if applicable).

    IT'S BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
    Please contact us atsupport@missgrandeur.com, if you haven't received your order within the timeframe given above. We'll be happy to assist you.

    I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
    We ship from different locations so some items may ship separately. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please contact us atsupport@missgrandeur.com.

    WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?
    From order to delivery, you should receive 3-4 emails: including an order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notification. If you haven’t received anything within 3 business days, please contact us atsupport@missgrandeur.com.

    WHAT IS YOUR STORE'S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
    No returns or exchangesunless there is a defect in the product and it is brought to our attention no later than 2 days from the day the package was delivered. Please, make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. If there is an item defect, Miss Grandeur will reship a replacement.  

    I ENTERED MY ADDRESS WRONG! CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE IT?
    Please contact us immediately atsupport@missgrandeur.com. We try to process orders as soon as possible, once they are processed we cannot make any changes. We do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses.Please enter your address carefully at checkout.


    IMPORTANT SHIPPING POLICY

    We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or an incorrect address. We ask you verify the shipping information in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Additional shipping costs if packages need to be reship will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Miss Grandeur is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. Miss Grandeur will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

    If the order arrives in your country and...

        • The customer refuses to accept the package
        • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

    Miss Grandeur reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund
